Organiccomposite membrane filter material’s surface pores are dense and uniform, can significantly improve the filter fineness, with dust interception rate higher than 99.99% and dust concentration at the outlet can be less than 5.0 mg / m3. Compared to the bag, it can improve the filter fineness, increase the air permeability, extend the service life, and enhance the ability of wet dust resistance.

Organic composite membrane long-term running resistance can be less than 200Pa compared to the bag, reducing enterprise operation cost. The membrane’s service life can be longer than 3 years, up to 5 to 8 years under good condition. Surface filter technology allows dust to be easily peeled off and collected during the back flushing process. Compared to ordinary bags it can significantly reduce dust emissions, operating pressure drop, cleaning frequency and operation and maintenance costs.

Comparison of service life and running resistance

The surface of the membrane can prevent dust from entering the interior of the substrate and keep the internal channels from clogging. Compared to the bag, the dust that has been trapped on the surface is more easily removed by backflushing, so that the resistance rises slowly.
